Mark Waid
Javier Rodriguez

Another big writer with an exciting project for Marvel: Mark Waid takes the helm of the entire history of the Marvel Universe. The entire History of the Marvel Universe you say? An attempt to chronicle completely for the first time everything that was, is or shall be within a mere six issues?!? Easy for Waid sure, but how will we process all of this? Javier Rodriguez’s style looks to be the perfect paring for this all encompasing series, expect some standout artwork. With potential for revealing previously unknown secrets and being the ultimate reference book for Marvel fans, this is certainly one not sleep on.

Kurt Busiek, Alex Ross
Alex Ross

A brand new standalone epilogue adding to the critically acclaimed classic series. Written by Kurt Busiek and painted art by Alex Ross this iteration will be focusing on the X-Men of the 1970s and will have all the behind the scenes and bonus features that were great about the recent annotated versions. In this 16-page story the now-retired Phil Sheldon and his daughters, are in Manhattan to see the Christmas lights, and find themselves in the middle of a clash between the outsider heroes and the deadly Sentinels, giving them a close-up perspective on the mutant experience. Long term fans of Marvels will be sure to catch this exciting new story with the same incredible artwork from Alex Ross.

Writer / Artist:
Sean Murphy

The much anticipated sequel to Batman: The White Knight, one of the best Batman comics in recent memory. Sean Murphy is back at it again with a story that revolves around The Joker recruiting Azrael to expose a secret from the Wanye family history, which turns Gotham upside down. As Batman rushes to save the city and the ones closest to him, this secret is slowly revealed dealing a hefty blow to the Dark Knight. Fans of The White Knight have been waiting for this for some time now and are keen to see whether this will be able to measure up to it’s predecessor.

Jason Aaron, Al Ewing

Two of the biggest names in Marvel comics right now, Jason Aaron and Al Ewing team up to focus on an all-new series staring Jane Foster. This looks to be one that will surely entertain fans of Thor, War of the Realms and Immortal Hulk alike. Foster’s been Thor the Goddess of Thunder and now she’s taking up the title of Valkyrie, guide and ferry woman to the dead. The always reliable CAFU on art chores should help make this a very entertaining series indeed.
